His entrepreneurial spirit came to the fore when he launched the Kazakhstan Hong Development Fund, securing a $400 million investment from the government and prominent Hong Kong families.

Daniyar also served as a board member at KazTransCom for nine years and worked as CFO of TV Channel 7, deepening his expertise in telecommunications and media. He later founded Arai Media and Arai Production, which grew to become one of Kazakhstan's most prominent private television content producers.

With a strong reputation in media and an entrepreneurial mindset, Daniyar sold his television production business to acquire Basel Insurance and exited Everest Capital Management successfully.
